OUR PROCESS

Each custom project begins with a set of ordering guidelines that we will provide through email in order to gather the critical details. An inventory of the silver and dimensions of the storage space will set the design process in motion.

From there, we will create a sketch and price. Once approved with a signed proposal, we begin the exciting part.

We build with precision and will communicate with you throughout the process to ensure each specification is met.

Finally, the finished product is inspected, packed and shipped. We will coordinate with you to ensure an appropriate delivery time.
